Are you lazier than a fifth grader?

8 10 2008

I really shouldn’t be complaining. These past few weeks I’ve been getting paid for doing absolutely nothing. I get assigned tasks maybe once a week, and either I end up doing them in fifteen minutes, or, like today, they end up not being needed after all. On most days all I do is read Google news and random Wikipedia articles to prevent my brain from rotting, because while I might have so much time on my hands, the number of sites I can access online is quite limited. T_T

I never thought I could ever get tired of doing nothing. Really, one would think that doing nothing is the easiest thing in the world. But after weeks of doing nothing eight hours a day, you’d probably be thinking the same thing I’m thinking right now.. Please~.. give me something to do~!

Yesterday was a new low for me. I was too lazy to go do nothing that I ended up staying home and skipping work, reasoning that it wasn’t really work if there’s no work to do. >_< Stupid, I know, and I promised myself it would never happen again, so there’s no need to lecture me on how I should be grateful that I’m being paid what I’m paid to sit on my ass. u_u

This definitely beats my gradeschool years when I’d fake stomach aches to stay home. -____- Grow up, Frank.
